Job Description:-
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Node.js backend development and solid experience in React.js frontend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and leading the delivery of scalable enterprise applications, mentoring development teams, and driving engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js.
Architect and implement complex enterprise systems that handle large-scale data processing and high transaction volumes.
Drive backend development with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
Design and optimize APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Ensure application reliability through performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Lead cloud-native development initiatives leveraging Azure and/or AWS services.
Drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption, including containerization and orchestration strategies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning, estimation, and delivery management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of software development experience, including experience leading development teams or technical initiatives.
Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend architecture.
Good hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles, including component-based architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and Azure Cosmos DB
Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying and managing containerized applications in production environments.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, system design, code refactoring, application security, and scalable architecture principles.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience managing client expectations and technical discussions.
