Lending & Deposits Working Student

Your Role

Execute daily operational tasks, including processing, monitoring, and administering transactions across the entire lifecycle of credit products (including BNPL, Trade Finance, Credit Card, etc.) and deposit products.

Act as a key support contact for internal teams (e.g., Product, Credit Risk).

Prepare basic operational reports, metrics, and performance dashboards under supervision.

Assist in maintaining and updating operational process documentation.

Support the identification and initial investigation of operational process errors, seeking guidance from senior team members for resolution.

Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Prior internship or relevant administrative experience in a financial services setting is a strong advantage.

Proficiency with Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., basic SQL) or process modeling is beneficial.

Proficiency in English. German fluency advantageous.

Eager to apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
