As a Site HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the colleague experience and driving our people agenda on site. What you’ll be doing

Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit

Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals

Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice

Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site

Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance

Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity

Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience

What we’re looking for

Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation

Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence

Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data

Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
