We're committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you'll need to bring:

Significant buying, procurement, category management, or senior/national account management experience

A proven track record of negotiation, delivering value, and building strategic, productive supplier partnerships

Experience working with a range of commercial models and managing complex supplier relationships

The confidence to take ownership, influence stakeholders and set clear direction in fast-moving environments

A commercially sharp, analytical mindset, with the ability to balance customer needs, market insight and commercial delivery

The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver against ambitious plans
