Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
You will support the execution of payroll processes for US employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role is a great opportunity to build a career in Payroll, Finance, or HR within a global organization.
You will work with payroll data, validate inputs, and help improve processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong operational standards.
Your Impact
Receive, review, and validate payroll inputs to ensure completeness and accuracy
Capture and process payroll data in internal systems
Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure alignment with policies and pay rules
Support payroll controls by comparing and verifying multiple data sources
Help meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through timely and accurate execution
Identify opportunities for improvement (automation, standardization, documentation)
Prepare and document payroll processes to support audits and compliance
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
We are looking for early-career talent or recent graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in Payroll, HR, or Finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
0–3 years of experience in payroll, finance, accounting, HR or data-related roles (internships count)
Advanced English (written and spoken) – you will use it on a daily basis
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data handling)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team player with good communication skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
