About the role

Gestionar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias, políticas y programas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente (EHS) para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo, la prevención de riesgos y la mejora continua del desempeño en materia de seguridad y sustentabilidad dentro de la organización.

Key responsibilities

Liderar la implementación de los programas de Seguridad, Salud y Ambiente - alineado a las estrategías de la compañía.

Desarrollar conocimiento técnico a todos los niveles de liderazgo, de las áreas transversales.

People oriented, transfer knowledge.

Gestión transversal con Managers (Equipos multidisciplinarios).

Como traducir ideas en acciones (Aterrizar proyectos).

Manejo de ambigüedad (Double reporting).

SMETA / ISO 45000 / Ambiental para economia circular.

Requisitos legales y marco normativo aplicable (Manejo de ejecución e implementación).

Atmosferas explosivas (Manejo de polvos y líquidos y gases inflamables) - ATEX.

Procesos de digitalización (Telemetria, entrenamiento con realidad virtual, contratistas y permisos de trabajo).

Implementación de la norma 35 para el servicio médico.

Ergonomía (Usos y soluciones).

Gestión de riesgos (Loto).

WCM (World Class Manufacturing).

Seguridad de procesos (Secadores / amoniaco / servicios industriales).

Qualifications and skills

Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental, Química, Mecánica, etc.

Idioma: Inglés Avanzado / Portugués es un plus

Conocimiento pleno del programa ATEX (Indispensable)
