Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner for Technology
You’ll partner with the HR leadership team to shape and deliver a fit-for-purpose HR service catalogue that reflects business priorities
You’ll provide leaders with expert advice, counsel, diagnostic analysis and decision support, helping shape people strategy and driving effective workforce planning

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll act as the HR subject matter expert for Technology, defining and delivering people plans that support the HR service catalogue and enable the wider business strategy. You’ll work closely with business leaders to support workforce shaping decisions, including build-vs-buy approaches, talent mix and opportunities to leverage automation. Alongside this, you’ll coach leaders and senior managers to strengthen people‑centric, performance‑led leadership, helping them move beyond delivery to build high‑performing, engaged teams.
You’ll also be:
Partnering with global stakeholders to align local capacity with technology roadmaps, using scenario planning to make sure the right people strategies are in place
Supporting the shift to a product-oriented culture, delivering targeted talent and reskilling initiatives to enable new ways of working
Enhancing the employee value proposition, particularly for top tier lateral hires, engineers and graduates in India, to remain compete in the GCC and product-led market
Leading reskilling and capability-building initiatives to prepare the workforce for an AI-enabled, digital future while maintaining deep functional expertise
Driving organisational change and transformation, supporting restructuring, process improvements and digital interventions while embedding accountability
Using AI, data and analytics to inform decision-making, levering HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights across hiring, attrition, learning and engagement
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in relationship management within a complex, regulatory and commercial environment, alongside a deep understanding of HR theories, models and practices. You’ll bring a data‑driven mindset, using AI and analytics to translate people data into actionable insights that support informed business decisions.
You’ll also demonstrate:
Strong business acumen, with a sound understanding of the financial services landscape, regulatory complexity and global GCC operating models
High stakeholder influence, confidently engaging senior stakeholders and delivering at pace, using data‑backed HR insights to support decision‑making and outcomes
The ability to navigate complexity, operating within matrixed environments and coordinating across India-based teams and global business lines
Experience in workforce planning, aligning workforce strategy to business goals through scenario planning and optimising talent mix
