Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Job Posting

Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with business strategies.

Maintain and update the Hiring Tracker to ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular status updates to stakeholders/HRBP's.

2. Hiring tools and technology

Leverage the Avature portal to manage hiring and candidate applications, and maintain up-to-date records of recruitment progress.

Ensure effective use of the portal to streamline hiring processes

Sourcing Candidates

Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks to source excellent candidates.

Conduct proactive outreach and searches to attract top talent.

Find and Engage Hard-to-Reach Talent

- Enable a Diversity Strategy and Ensure Diverse Talent Pools - TA COE

Build and Maintain Healthy Pipelines of Engaged Talent

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs, organizational culture, and skill requirements for open positions.

Provide strategic support and insights throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with unit objectives.

4. Collaboration with Consultant, Institutes

Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions for internship and entry-level recruitment opportunities

5. Communications Strategy

Create and execute a communications plan that effectively for IJP announcements through various channels, ensuring maximum visibility among internal candidates.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate or PG with 1-2 years of experience

Experience of hiring tech roles and GCC experience is preferred

Excellent communication skills
