This role redefines traditional sales support into a strategic, insight-driven function.

As a Sales Support Assistant, you will work closely with the Market VP and leadership team to decode market trends, leverage AI for analysis, and support strategic decision-making.

You will go beyond coordination and reporting to become a forward-looking business enabler, translating market signals into actionable insights and business direction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

MBA from a top-tier B-school (ISB/IIM/Global equivalents)

1 or 2 years experienced grads with commercial savviness

Strong interest in market trends, business strategy, and AI tools

Ability to think in terms of insights implications actions

Aspires to grow into strategy, business, or sales leadership roles

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Support to Leadership

Support the Market VP in business reviews, planning, and strategic initiatives

Prepare insight-driven briefs and analysis for decision-making

Act as a bridge between data, market insights, and execution

Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis

Track and decode industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior shifts

Identify leading indicators and emerging opportunities

AI-Enabled Analysis & Insight Generation

Use AI tools and analytics platforms to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights

Translate outputs into clear business implications

Sales Insights & Performance Support

Support tracking of pipeline health, revenue performance, and conversion trends

Identify gaps and suggest improvement actions

Presentation & Business Storytelling

Create high-quality presentations for QBRs, strategy discussions, and leadership reviews

Convert complex data into simple, compelling narratives

Supporting Business Strategy & GTM Initiatives

Assist in defining focus segments, growth opportunities, and market priorities

Support execution of go-to-market strategies

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams

Ensure alignment between insights, strategy, and execution

Key Skills & Capabilities

AI & Analytical Thinking: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and analytics platforms

Presentation Excellence: Strong PowerPoint skills

Hybrid working
