Wealth Management - Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Wealth Management - Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Experience 8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably within wealth management environments.

SQL Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory for data analysis, validation, and requirement support.

Domain knowledge Mid to expert level understanding of wealth management business processes, products, platforms, and client/advisor workflows

Stakeholder management Proven experience managing communication with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

BA capability Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT support

Agile delivery Hands-on involvement in Agile ways of working, including story point estimation and sprint planning

Problem solving Ability to demonstrate structured problem-solving with clear examples from past projects

Technical awareness-Ability to demonstrate technical understanding with examples from projects, especially around systems, data, integrations, and reporting flows.
