This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance delivery quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Strong capability in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management techniques.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.

Familiarity with project management tools and software to track progress and performance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
