Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance usability and streamline workflows, ensuring that the overall experience is intuitive and efficient. Collaboration with different stakeholders to gather insights and iteratively refine design solutions is a key part of the daily routine, aimed at delivering a seamless and engaging user journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies that align with organizational goals.

Facilitate communication between design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Management Console, Java, Python Frameworks, Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Azure AD, AWS IAM/Cognito, Terraform, AD FS, Session & Token Handling, OAuth2/SAML (SSO).

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment using AWS services.

Experience in integrating security monitoring tools and frameworks within cloud environments.

Ability to design and optimize scalable solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance operational efficiency in cloud management.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Management Console.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
