The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in automation testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python + Selenium WebDriver.

Build and enhance automation frameworks (Pytest/Robot Framework).

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team to understand requirements and create effective test plans.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UI automation testing.

Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps).

Analyze automation test failures, file detailed defects, and work with the team to resolve issues.

Review automation code for quality, scalability, and reusability.

Generate detailed test reports and metrics for continuous quality improvement.

Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Python programming.

Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver.

Good understanding of Pytest framework.

Proficiency in API testing (using Python requests or similar tools).

Experience of Test Management tools like JIRA, Jama, TestRail, Postman.

Knowledge of Git and branching strategies.

Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, XPath, and DOM structure.
