About the role
Role Summary
The Specification & Project Executive will support the commercial growth of ASSA ABLOY Singapore by assisting in project specification writing, project coordination, documentation, and progress claims follow-up.
This role acts as a bridge between the sales team, consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal operations team to ensure that project specifications are properly prepared, submissions are completed on time, project progress is tracked, and claims are followed up effectively.
The position is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in Singapore’s construction and building materials/project environment.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and support product specifications, technical submissions, and tender documents
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal teams on project updates
Track project progress from specification to award, delivery, and completion
Prepare and follow up on progress claims and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and pipeline tracking
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all project-related documents
Perform other duties as assigned to support project and business needs
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Building, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, building materials, or project coordination preferred
Knowledge of construction practices and regulations; familiarity with Singapore standards is an advantage
Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
