Regulatory Compliance Manager (AI Project)

Location: Raffles Place Salary: Up to $6,700/month Completion Bonus: 1 Month Salary Employment: 12-Month Contract (2 Vacancies) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Join a leading financial services organisation and be part of an exciting AI transformation initiative within the Regulatory Compliance team. In this role, you will support the implementation of AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to key compliance and business transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Gather and document business requirements with Regulatory Compliance teams.

Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test cases, executing testing, and documenting results.

Assist business users with process changes during AI solution implementation.

Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and key artefacts.

Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risks, escalating issues where necessary.

Support post-implementation activities, including data preparation and migration exercises.

Assist with project-related and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Ensure compliance risks are identified, managed, and escalated appropriately.

Stay updated on regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and AI trends to support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

6–8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, Big 4 accounting firms, or a combination of both.

Experience in project management, including UAT, system implementation, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and project tracking.

Strong communication, documentation, and organisational skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management is an advantage.

Prior exposure to AI-related projects or initiatives will be an added advantage.

High level of integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
