ToolsGroup is a global supply chain planning software company helping retailers, manufacturers, and distributors optimize inventory and service levels through advanced forecasting and AI-driven planning solutions.

ToolsGroup is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our demand generation and sales development efforts across EMEA. This role is responsible for following up on inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting to book qualified meetings for our sales team across EMEA.

This is a full-time employee role, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and working closely with the Sales team. This role has a clear progression path to Senior BDR or Account Executive based on performance. This role is valid for Milan, Turin and Barcelona.

Responsibilities

Follow up promptly on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn/social outreach, and cold calling using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Build and manage outreach sequences using our prospecting tools.

Qualify prospects based on ToolsGroup’s ICP and schedule qualified discovery meetings.

Maintain accurate notes and activity in our Salesforce CRM.

Use Gong to review calls, improve talk tracks, and align with Sales on qualification standards.

Work closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a BDR/SDR, ideally in SaaS or technology.

Language requirements (mandatory):

Fluent English, and

Fluent Spanish or Fluent Italian (Spanish + Italian is a strong plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.

Highly organized and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Ability to work standard EMEA business hours.

Experience using Apollo for outbound prospecting and sequencing.

Familiarity with Gong or similar call recording / conversation intelligence tools is a strong plus.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools is a plus.

Performance Expectations

Deliver 12–15 Sales-accepted qualified discovery meetings per month.

Maintain consistent outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) aligned with monthly targets.

Ensure all meetings meet ToolsGroup’s ICP and qualification criteria.
