Your JobAs Principal UX Designer, you are responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences in major digital projects. You are a guide for the UX team, develop strategies and standards, and ensure data-driven improvements that demonstrably enhance both the brand and the user experience. You tackle product-wide UX challenges that have high impact and complexity. With in-depth knowledge of new technologies and design systems, you ensure efficient and high-quality implementation, while inspiring teams to work innovatively and consistently. Serving as the connecting link between UX, development, and business, you translate business objectives into scalable UX solutions.What you bring:Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to take a zoom out help you design outstanding user journeys. Your experience and strong skills enable effective collaboration and the ability to persuade colleagues by sharing and gathering insights based on business goals, knowledge and user research.
