We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager Construction Europe F/M. Reporting to the Construction Sector Market Leader, you will develop strategic customer partnerships and support the growth of major construction and building materials customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Construction accounts across Europe.
Develop and execute European Account Plans.
Lead commercial negotiations and international tenders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution.
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Monitor financial and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement and supply chain optimization.
Profile
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
8–12 years' experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
Proven experience managing strategic international accounts.
Experience within Construction, Building Materials or Industrial sectors is an advantage.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Fluent English is required; another European language is a plus.
