Join a high-performing Business Development team at one of Australia’s leading independent law firms and play a key role in driving client engagement and growth in our Perth office.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll work closely with partners to deliver impactful client initiatives, events and strategic business development activities.

You’ll support the Perth office in delivering targeted business development and client engagement initiatives. From coordinating tenders to executing events, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and elevating the firm’s market presence.

What you’ll be responsible for

Business Development & Marketing

Support the development of tenders, pitches and credentials documents (research, drafting and coordination)

Maintain accurate marketing materials, credentials and client data

Contribute to national BD initiatives and local implementation

Identify opportunities to connect partners and clients across the Perth office

Events & Client Engagement (core focus)

End-to-end delivery of client events aligned to firm strategy

Manage invitations, guest lists and CRM data to maximise attendance

Coordinate event logistics with internal teams (marketing, comms, catering, tech)

Own on-the-day delivery, including troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement

Provide post-event reporting, insights and continuous improvement recommendations

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
