Description:
As a Project Manager – SaaS Implementations, you’ll lead end‑to‑end delivery of ELMO solutions for our customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with a great customer experience.
What you’ll be focused on
Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on track
Guide customer project managers and project teams using ELMO’s implementation methodology
Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and issues
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with minimal disruption and clear impact communication
Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation from kickoff through to closure
Build strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and drive adoption of our SaaS solutions
Skills and Experiences:
More about you
Proven track record as a Project Manager in a SaaS implementation environment
Strong relationship‑builder with both internal and external stakeholders (including senior business sponsors and technical teams)
Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile or hybrid)
Experience working with end users, business owners, and technology teams to drive project outcomes
Good understanding of software delivery / development processes and how they intersect with client change management
PM qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) with proven delivery experience are highly regarded
Comfortable operating with ambiguity, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and bringing structure to change
Or, you’re an experienced HRIS/Payroll or SaaS implementation consultant looking to move formally into Project Management and own the full project lifecycle
