Supply Chain & Demand Analyst
Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Scarborough, Ontario
The Supply Chain & Demand Analyst is responsible for the CDN Supply Plan supplied by affiliates and vendors within the product portfolio. This position will work closely with the various countries, site, regional and global functional groups of Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Procurement to ensure effectiveness of the Supply Chain Processes in meeting overall service, inventory and cost objectives.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Execute the monthly development of the CDN Finished Goods and bulk supply plan to exceed customer service and inventory metrics targets
Work collaboratively with both Demand Planning and Suppliers to manage changes in either demand or supply developing clear and effective communications
Manage ERP system relative to Planning, Inventory and Purchasing parameters as well as Purchase orders
Accountable for reporting on defined performance metrics and resolved root causes and or mitigation strategies
Execute changes in the sales plan and forecast(s) based on the decisions made in the Demand Planning meetings and update the demand plan in preparation for the Sales & Operations Planning meeting
Liaise with cross functional teams: Financial, Logistics, commercial, QA, legal, and others to coordinate bulk deliveries from internal and external supply sites for packaging to support customer service and inventory metrics for CA.
Managing inventory levels to maintain desired Commercial customer service levels needs for existing and new products
Actively participate in new product introduction, bids/tenders, and product transfer teams to ensure supply plans are developed, communicated and executed in support of the project timelines
Maintains inventory at optimum levels via routine review of planning parameters
Actively confirm suppliers’ delivery on purchase orders
Review MRP exception messages & alerts daily and take action as required
Escalate issues to Supply Chain Manager as appropriate
Drives long-term supply chain strategy development and implementation in alignment with Teva Global Operations (TGO), business, and functional strategy goals
Drive to meet critical targets for AOP, Customer Service Level (CSL)/ On Time in Full (OTIF), Inventory, Short-Date, and Backorder/OOS
Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
Other projects and duties as required/assigned
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College; APICS or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum 3+ years of Supply Chain and/or Commercial Operations Planning experience with a demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and "Best Practices" is required. Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting and business analysis is required.
Pharma exposure highly desirable.
Hands on experience with SAP ECC/ SAP APO/ SAP BI
Specific experience in the areas of Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Demand Planning and Sales / Operations Planning
Complete understanding of KPIs in supply chain and total visibility of E2E supply chain's interactions
Sound knowledge and experience of statistical forecasting techniques
Experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning Execution Systems and Processes within an ERP environment, including design and implementation
Possesses strong interpersonal skills: Able to build good relationships, dependable and ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Background in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
Experience in office package : Word, Power point, and specially Excel: Pivot tables, filters, formulas, data modeling required
Strategic and financial mindset, fast learner, curious and interested in growing and develop career to the next level

The typical hiring range for this position is $81,520-$101,900. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
