Senior ERP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise transformation initiatives across Procurement, Finance, HRIS, Workforce Management, Scheduling, and other business-critical systems. This role requires a proven leader with strong stakeholder management skills and experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP transformation projects from planning through delivery

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

Prepare executive-level status reports and project communications

Drive successful project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT Project Management experience

Proven experience leading enterprise ERP implementation or transformation programs

Experience managing Procurement, Finance, HRIS, Workforce Management, or Scheduling projects

Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills

Work Requirements

Must be authorized to work and reside in Canada

Able to work Mountain Time business hours

Available for occasional onsite meetings as required

Must provide a compatible computer for Azure Virtual Desktop access
