SAP Business Process Manager (m/f/d)

Then join our Business Unit Corn & Sunflower as a SAP Business Process Manager (m/f/d) within KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of our SAP processes while supporting exciting transformation initiatives in the SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environment. From day one, you will take ownership of your own topics and work closely with colleagues from Business, IT, and Global Master Data Management.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Einbeck, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP business processes with a focus on Master Data and Materials Management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges and develop sustainable process solutions.

Help ensure high-quality master data across the supply chain and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Coordinate changes to relevant master data in close cooperation with international teams and the global Master Data Team.

Support projects and initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA and contribute to the harmonization of global business processes.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

Initial professional experience in SAP, business process management, project management, or a related area is an advantage.

Ideally, you have gained first exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or master data management.

A structured and proactive working style combined with a willingness to take ownership.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are considered a plus.
