Full Stack Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and modern application frameworks. This role is ideal for an engineer who can design scalable distributed systems, lead technical decision-making, and deliver high-quality, production-ready software across the stack.

You will work closely with product, architecture, and platform teams to build cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS event-driven patterns, container orchestration, and modern front-end frameworks. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and shaping engineering best practices, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Engineering

Familiarity and experience with git (specifically Bitbucket) and best-practice gitflow processes

Familiarity with Atlassian suite of tools for project management like Jira and Confluence

Design and build backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, or Rust (where performance or systems-level control is needed).

Extensive knowledge in the following key services:

o S3, SQS, SNS, EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFront, CloudWatch

Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tooling such as Jenkins and IaC tooling like CloudFormation and Terraform

Own the full lifecycle of applications from architecture through deployment.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and observability using cloud-native tools.

Implement security best practices including IAM, encryption, and least-privilege access patterns.

Collaboration & Leadership

Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and elevate coding standards.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution.

Influence long-term platform strategy and contribute to architectural decision-making.

Salary Range: $70,000- $78,000 a year
