Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Deli Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will Manage the daily running of a fast‑paced deli, lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure high food‑safety and hygiene standards.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily deli counter operations and presentation
Lead, train, and support deli staff
Ensure HACCP, food safety, and allergen standards are met
Provide outstanding customer service
Manage stock, ordering, and product rotation (FIFO)
Support sales targets and minimise waste
Qualifications
Experience in a deli or fresh‑food environment
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
Ability to lead a team and work in a busy environment
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, Monday to Friday
