Your Role

Deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision

Guide and support RBTs as collaborators

Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful

Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow

Compensation

$70,000–$90,000

(And yes - this post says “BCaBA” because that’s the system we’re in. But what we’re really looking for is a partner - someone who sees beyond the title and shares our mission to bring humanity back to care.)
