Your Role:

You act as the Document Control Coordinator within applicable DX sites.

You will compile and organise data into standardised spreadsheets to support reviews & analysis.

You support the maintenance for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) training assignments.

You ensure data accuracy and preparation for internal reporting.

You perform routine reviews of incident reports to verify quality & completeness.

You support site based Audits with data such as hazard analysis, compliance assessments, corrective action tracking.

Your Expertise:

Experience in data analysis and data management.

Ideally you will have an understanding of EHS and/or incident reporting.

Proficient with MS Tools such as Excel and Powerpoint.

Experience with PowerBI is advantageous, but not essential.

You will be a self-starter, often working as an individual contributor on projects & tasks.
