Job Description

Sobre el Equipo

El Planeador de Materiales (Material Planner) forma parte del área de Cadena de Suministro / Planeación y Control de Producción (PCP / Supply Chain) y es responsable de asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno de materiales y componentes para cumplir con el plan de producción, evitando paros de línea, excesos de inventario y faltantes.

Su equipo opera como un nexo clave entre proveedores, producción, logística y clientes OEM.

Qué es lo que puedes esperar como Materials Planner?:

Verificar niveles de inventario para cumplir con los parámetros establecidos en sistema.

Dar seguimiento a materiales críticos.

Realizar la actualización oportuna en sistema.

Dar soporte en cambios de ingeniería.

Monitorear bajo embarques y sobre embarques de proveedores.

Actualización de reporte de materiales críticos para identificar riesgos.

Cargar tránsitos y almacenamientos de facturas de manera efectiva.

Penalizar a proveedores por incidencias. (bajo embarques, falta de facturas o paro de líneas).

Tu Perfil cómo Materials Planner:

+3 años con mismo cargo y experiencia en la industria Automotriz.

Ingles avanzado.

Excel Intermedio.

Conocimiento de ERPs, preferible QAD.
