Services Project/Program Management Senior Advisor

It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Senior Advisor, you will build dashboards and reports that track milestones, risks, and benefits. You will recommend actions to accelerate delivery and remove blockers.

Create dashboards and evaluation instruments for delivery health.

Run analyses to improve schedule integrity and risk posture.

Maintain documentation for assumptions and changes.

Essential Requirements

8+ years of related experience

Dashboard creation and evaluation analytics for delivery health.

Knowledge of milestone tracking and risk metrics.

Documentation discipline and asset maintenance.

Ability to recommend actionable improvements.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field

Power BI/Tableau certification; Agile/SAFe familiarity; PM tools experience.
