Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our field workforce and office staff. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and field recruitment.
Recruit Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, AC Technicians, Housekeeping Associates, Helpers, Team Leaders, and Office Staff.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and recruitment skills may also apply.
Experience in blue-collar hiring is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English communication is preferred.
Ability to achieve recruitment targets and work independently.
