About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our team at our Periyapalayam Depot. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in auditing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits at the assigned depot.
Verify stock, inventory, and operational records.
Maintain audit reports and documentation accurately.
Identify discrepancies and report findings to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit procedures.
Prepare and update audit reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with depot staff to collect the required information and records.
Support the team in implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
Travel Requirement
90% of the work will be based at the assigned depot.
10% travel may be required to nearby locations for audit-related activities.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and observation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and grow in the auditing field.
