About the Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll provide operational HR advice and support across employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, employee development and compliance.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll build capability, provide coaching and guidance, support HR projects and identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and services.

What You'll Do

Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle.

Support employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.

Coach and build leadership capability in people management.

Assist with workforce planning, onboarding, employee development and offboarding.

Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, systems and templates.

Lead and contribute to HR process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR governance requirements.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a generalist Human Resources Advisor or Business Partner role.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Experience supporting performance management and employee relations matters.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
