Job Summary
The Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain operations in Italy. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.
Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.
Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management.
Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.
Job Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.
Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
Fluency in Mandarin, English and Italian are required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
