General Summary:

The Specialist Operations is responsible for leading and supporting the execution of global enablement programs by driving stakeholder alignment, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring effective delivery across onboarding, training, content, and reporting initiatives.

This role operates as a key partner to Revenue Enablement, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, expectations are aligned, and initiatives are delivered successfully across a global environment.

While the role includes administration of enablement systems (e.g., LMS, knowledge tools), success is defined by the ability to communicate effectively, ask thoughtful questions, manage work from intake through delivery, and connect operational efforts to business outcomes.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead and manage enablement operations projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, defining scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery

Drive stakeholder alignment across leadership and individual contributors, ensuring clarity on priorities, expectations, timelines, and outcomes

Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Marketing to understand business needs, challenge assumptions, and translate requirements into scalable solutions

Coordinate and execute global onboarding programs, ILTs, and training initiatives, balancing stakeholder needs across regions, roles, and time zones

Track and analyze program metrics, translating data into clear insights and recommendations tailored to different audiences (leadership vs. frontline)

Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and propose and implement improvements to enhance scalability and effectiveness

Manage and execute training communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and audience-appropriate

Generate and distribute reporting and dashboards; maintain accuracy and consistency across metric

Support content governance and lifecycle management to ensure alignment and consistency across business units

Administer and maintain enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, Spekit), including user management, access controls, and system upkeep

Maintain training records including attendance, completions, certifications, and time -to-completion metrics

Upload, organize, and maintain training assets (e.g., recordings, SCORM content, course materials)

Support onboarding logistics, scheduling, and coordination of SME and manager sessions

Supportive Job Functions:

Assist in testing, rollout, and optimization of new enablement tools and features

Provide input on process improvements, stakeholder workflows, and system usability

Support data cleanup, audits, and system enhancements

Assist with ad hoc reporting and cross-functional enablement initiatives

Support documentation of workflows, SOPs, and governance practices

Support special projects related to onboarding, training, and program scalability

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Data literacy with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate insights clearly

Experience with LMS platforms and/or enablement tools; ability to learn systems quickly

Familiarity with training coordination, onboarding programs, and ILT logistics

Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Education, Experience, and Certification: *

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

2–5 years of experience managing projects or programs with multiple stakeholders in enablement operations, sales operations, training coordination, or related roles

Demonstrated experience aligning stakeholders across different levels of the organization (leadership through ICs) preferred

Experience working with global teams or in a matrixed environment strongly preferred

Experience with LMS platforms and/or knowledge management tools preferred

Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking related to training and performance preferred

Scope of Job:

Operates as a key operational and project partner supporting global Revenue Enablement programs

Drives alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution of onboarding and training initiatives

Directly impacts enablement effectiveness through project delivery, communication, and operational excellence

Enables scalable, consistent, and data-driven execution across global teams

Connects enablement activities to broader business outcomes through insights and continuous improvement
