The CIAM Specialist/Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting customer identity solutions across the organization, with a focus on secure, scalable, and compliant access for external users (B2B and B2C).

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver CIAM solutions for external users

Implement SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML authentication flows

Integrate identity into web & mobile applications

Configure Entra ID / B2C user journeys, policies, and providers

Support onboarding of new apps & troubleshoot identity issues

Drive identity projects (customer onboarding, modernization)

Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness

What You Bring

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID & B2C / External ID

Strong understanding of authentication & API security

Background in B2B / B2C identity solutions

Familiarity with IAM concepts (IGA, PAM, lifecycle)

Nice to Have

Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GxP)

DevSecOps / cloud / microservices exposure

Scripting (PowerShell, Python)

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Advanced English (written & spoken)

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / B2C (External ID)

Solid knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML

Background in CIAM / IAM environments
