Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes Meta advertising. This role is ideal for someone whose core expertise lies in Facebook and Instagram Ads and who has successfully managed large-scale advertising campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with US-based clients, managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding USD 100,000, and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes across both lead generation and eCommerce accounts. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for international clients.

Develop full-funnel campaign strategies covering awareness, consideration, lead generation, and conversions.

Manage high-budget Meta advertising accounts with monthly spends exceeding USD 100K.

Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, execute retargeting strategies, and optimize campaign performance.

Structure campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and bidding strategies aligned with client objectives.

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

Perform regular account audits and identify opportunities for scaling and performance improvements.

Collaborate closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Prepare insightful performance reports and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign research, creative ideation, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Stay updated with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Proven experience managing campaigns for US-based clients.

Experience handling monthly Meta advertising budgets exceeding USD 100K.

Strong experience with both Service-based and eCommerce businesses.

Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and scaling methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking, and attribution.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive continuous optimization.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Experience using AI tools for campaign optimization, research, creative testing, and reporting.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

Good to Have

Working knowledge of Google Ads.

Experience working in a white-label or digital marketing agency.

Meta Blueprint Certifications.

Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
