Project Architect
About the role
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for design development, coordination with consultants, client interactions and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: ● Lead architectural design and development of projects from concept to execution ● Prepare and review schematic designs, detailed drawings, and working drawings ● Ensure designs are ergonomically sound and responsive to climatology and site conditions ● Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants ● Manage client meetings, presentations and approvals ● Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations and approvals ● Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables ● Oversee documentation, BOQs and construction drawings
● Identify and resolve project discrepancies and report to management
Required Experience: ● 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management ● Experience in residential, institutional, commercial and hospitality projects ● Proven experience in handling projects independently
Pay: ₹17,572.49 - ₹70,925.70 per month
Work Location: In person
