Lead / Sr. UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can independently drive user experience design for

digital products. You will work closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams to create intuitive,

scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

�� UX Research & Problem Solving

 Understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements

 Translate requirements into clear UX solutions

 Conduct basic research, competitor analysis, and usability improvements

�� UX Design & Flows

 Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes (low to high fidelity)

 Design complex workflows, forms, and interactions

 Define information architecture and navigation patterns

�� UI & Interaction Design

 Design clean, usable, and consistent interfaces

 Apply UX principles (hierarchy, spacing, typography, usability)

�� Design System & Consistency

 Follow and contribute to the Design System

 Ensure component consistency and scalability

 Maintain design standards across the product

�� Handoff & QA

 Prepare developer-ready designs and specifications

 Work closely with developers during implementation

 Perform design QA (design vs development validation)

�� Collaboration

 Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers

 Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale

 Support and guide junior designers (if required)

Required Skills:

 Strong understanding of UX principles and problem-solving

 Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design

 Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)

 Knowledge of Design Systems

 Understanding of responsive design (mobile, tablet, web)

 Basic understanding of developer handoff & HTML/CSS

Good to Have:

 Experience in Fintech / SaaS products

 Enterprise products is required

 Worked on product Apps

 Exposure to usability testing

 Basic knowledge of UX writing

 Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows
