About the role

OVERVIEW

This role supports a multi-year enterprise initiative to centralize user provisioning across all applications. Currently, application access provisioning is decentralized and managed inconsistently across business units, creating operational risk and lack of standardization. The objective is to transition ownership and control into a centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, ensuring consistent governance, access controls, and regulatory compliance.

This Business Analyst will play a key role in onboarding applications into the centralized provisioning framework by partnering with application owners, business units, and provisioning teams. This role does not perform provisioning directly but is responsible for coordinating onboarding, documenting requirements, and supporting governance and standardization efforts across the enterprise.
