Job Description:-
Good years of aerospace EMC experience
Strong expertise in EMI / EMC analysis and certification. HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, Electrostatic protection
Hands-on experience with RTCA DO-160, SAE ARP standards
Knowledge of FAA, EASA, TCCA airworthiness regulations
Experience in Aircraft-level EMC testing and certification and Preparing test procedures & compliance reports.
Ability to Perform engineering analysis & risk assessment and Lead EMC activities in design and certification stages
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience participating in aircraft development program(s)
Experience with fuel tank ignition prevention
Hands-on exposure to electromagnetic simulation tools
Experience in Mentoring junior engineers and Leading technical discussions / design reviews
Knowledge of aviation business environment
Experience working with global teams / test sites (US, Europe, Canada)
French language skills (asset, not mandatory)
Exposure to process improvement and best practices
Execute complex EMC engineering activities related to EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatics using analytical methods, simulations, and similarity assessments
Ensure aircraft compliance with regulatory standards (RTCA DO-160, SAE ARPs, FAA/EASA/TCCA regulations)
Define and plan EMC certification strategies, including scope, timelines, and technical deliverables
Analyze new and modified aircraft systems/structures and assess EMC impact and compliance requirements
Prepare and review test procedures, test reports, and certification compliance documentation
Lead and support aircraft-level EMC testing, including test witnessing at global locations
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks related to EMC during design and certification phases
Drive resolution of EMC issues during development, production, and in-service phases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, airworthiness, suppliers)
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
Support development and improvement of EMC processes, standards, and best practices
Represent the EMC team in technical reviews, project discussions, and stakeholder meetings
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and certification processes
