Are you a dynamic and experienced retail professional with a passion for leading teams and driving business success? For our GUESS store in Batavia Stad, we are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented individual to join our team as a Store Manager.

Requirements for the role:

Speaks dutch and has good knowledge of English.

Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager

Strong leadership skills and a positive mindset with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales techniques.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Your responsibilities are:

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated retail professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.

Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, product knowledge. Develop strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales targets, while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through the ‘GUESS Experience’.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels, minimize loss, and ensure accurate product availability. Implement efficient restocking procedures to meet customer demand and enhance overall store performance.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the store's operational efficiency by managing daily activities, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Implement best practices to enhance overall store operations.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized store layout through effective visual merchandising. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the store's performance. Develop action plans to address areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.
