We’re looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team, where you’ll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cutting‑edge technology, and make a real impact to patient lives

What you’ll do:

Contribute to meaningful, lifechanging innovations that improve patient outcomes

Provide in theatre case support to clinicians, delivering high quality in‑ servicing‑, workshops, and training for hospital teams

Maintain deep product and clinical knowledge through ongoing training, delivering a consistently high standard of clinical support and customer experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, identifying opportunities and partnering with the sales teams to support customer needs

Partner with cross functional, high performing teams in a fast-paced environment Support the broader ANZ Cardiac Rhythm Management business as needed, while consistently representing Boston Scientific with professionalism and integrity

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a clinically minded professional who is passionate about learning, patient care and building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Clinical Experience within healthcare, medical devices or a related environment (Cardiac exposure is highly desirable).

Relationship builder, developing trusted, long‑term partnerships with key clinical and hospital stakeholders.

A self-starter with a growth mindset, bringing curiosity, agility, and continuous learning to develop deep product expertise and keep pace with evolving clinical needs

Clear and Confident Communicator, capable of planning and prioritizing effectively, working autonomously, and collaborating with high‑performing, cross‑functional teams to support clinicians and achieve shared objectives
