What's on offer?
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Executive to manage a portfolio of smaller rural and retail accounts. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in partnership with our sales and marketing teams. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our sales leads with essential back-office tasks, ensuring smooth operations and enabling team success. You will be passionate about what you do, a team player with individual drive and someone looking to find their feet in this role to enable longer term career growth in the business.

Key Accountabilities:
Delivery of channel and personal financial KPI’s
Investigate and reconcile credits and claims.
Monthly reconciliation with AR
Account management and sales support through quarterly reviews and monthly channel promotional activity
Develop and lead trade marketing briefs with marketing team
Management of account portfolio
Key Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration account support role or demonstrated account management role
Proficient in data analysis
Previous participant of key FMCG/Ag graduate programme (desirable)
Team orientated & possess a ‘can do’, able to prioritise and manage all stakeholders
Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities delivering with excellent attention to detail
Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost and customer order fulfilment.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Good communication and presentation skills; Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to communicate with all stakeholder levels
IT Savvy with strong PP, excel and power BI skills
