About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Databricks Engineer to design and build scalable data platforms and advanced analytics solutions leveraging Databricks, AWS, and modern data engineering practices.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Job Type: Full-Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Deep hands-on experience with Databricks (Python, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake) in large-scale production

Proven experience building end-to-end data pipelines on Databricks

Strong hands-on experience with Delta Live Tables (DLT)

Advanced experience with Unity Catalog (governance, lineage, access control)

Strong experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and lifecycle management

Hands-on experience with vector databases / embedding pipelines

Expertise in Spark performance tuning and cost optimization

Experience managing production workloads, monitoring, and reliability

Strong experience with AWS-based data platforms

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive technical delivery

Understanding of data observability, reliability, and FinOps practices

Ability to influence architecture decisions and stakeholder alignment

Strong communication skills across technical and business teams

Expertise You'll Bring:

Hands-on experience with Databricks Mosaic AI capabilities

Exposure to experience in integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI or any other) into data workflows

Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines (embeddings + retrieval + inference)

Experience building and operating AI agents

Experience in regulated or financial services environments
