Business Analyst who is curious about how things work and how they can be improved, and enjoys turning insights, data and ideas into practical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst in our Business Improvement & Innovation team, you will support the delivery of initiatives that improve processes, enhance capability and contribute to Stockland’s evolving ways of working.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney, available due to an internal move. You will work across a range of initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to ensure ideas are clearly defined, understood and delivered effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
Support the delivery of initiatives using agile and iterative ways of working
Gather, document and organise business requirements, process maps and key artefacts
Analyse data to identify trends, insights, root causes and opportunities for improvement
Support workshops, planning activities and stakeholder engagement
Contribute to reporting and tracking of initiative progress and outcomes
Capture and share learnings to support continuous improvement across the teamS
Stay curious about emerging tools, technologies and ways of working, including how they can improve outcomes
About You
You are naturally curious and analytical, with a genuine interest in understanding how things work and how they can be improved. You enjoy working with data, asking questions and contributing to solutions that make a real difference.

Experience & Skills That Count
Experience in business analysis, data analysis or process improvement roles
Ability to gather and document requirements and translate them into clear outputs
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Exposure to agile or fast-paced delivery environments
Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams

Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across multiple priorities
Practical and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
