About the ENGIE Procurement Young Graduate Program

ENGIE Procurement Graduate Program is designed to accelerate high-potential young graduates that is connected with our mission to be the best energy transition utility by shaping supplier strategies, driving responsible procurement, and improving cost, risk, and performance.

Within Procurement, we aim to build the next generation of procurement leaders capable of combining strategic sourcing excellence, stakeholder management, supply chain risk mitigation and a strong sustainability mindset, while operating in a complex and rapidly transforming energy landscape.

The available roles in Procurement include Strategic & Operational Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Procurement Performance & Analytics.

You will be supervised by a strong manager in a supportive and challenging working environment, in which you will be expected to contribute quickly. Regular follow-up managed by a dedicated team will support your professional development. Based on continued strong performance, and in collaboration with this team, you will craft your next opportunity after 18-24 months and continue to advance your career toward key procurement positions. Your next assignment will stretch you in different procurement roles and / or geographies and / or businesses.

On joining ENGIE, you will be onboarded alongside other program members, with whom you will build a strong community, assisted by ongoing training opportunities, including exposure to senior leadership, and a variety of business activities.

Who We Are Looking For

Education

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability, or Finance

Leading business school, engineering school, or university

Internship / apprenticeship experience in procurement, supply chain, consulting, or business

Technical Skills

Analytical mindset and data orientation

Procurement analytical capabilities (spend, TCO, should-cost, business cases)

Advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP/ERP tools is a plus

Understanding of procurement fundamentals (TCO, sourcing process, contract basics, ethics & compliance)

Fluent English

Fluent French

Fluency / proficiency in other languages, written and spoken
