The Exhibit Coordination Officer is accountable to the Manager Southern Property Store for undertaking a range of internal and external customer related functions and administrative tasks which contribute to the provision of enhanced service delivery for SAPOL’s exhibit property management operations.
The Southern Property Store functions sit within the Strategic Operations Fleet & Property Unit, which receives, records and safely stores objects, valuables, vehicles and other items/ matters from police officers seized as exhibits or for safe keeping. The Southern Property Store contains a variety of exhibit items, including those requiring forklift movement and logistical warehouse storage.
The Strategic Operations Fleet & Property Unit, within SAPOL’s Physical Assets Services Branch (PASB), is responsible for the performance of SAPOL’s Fleet Operations and Property Exhibit Store functions.
PASB is comprised of seven units: Capital Projects Unit, Major Projects Unit, Strategic Infrastructure & Assets Unit, Contracts, Impound & Armoury Unit, Strategic Operations: Fleet & Property Unit, Facilities Management Unit, and Business Unit. Special Conditions
The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary
ASO3 - $71,589 - $76,033 per annum.
