What we are looking for

We are looking for a Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist for Italy, our #1 market and a key innovation hub for the group.

The role focuses on maximizing revenue and margins through pricing optimization, promotional strategy, and commercial performance analysis. The candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize price positioning, product mix, and revenue per customer, supporting a scalable test-and-learn approach across markets.

Some of the responsibilities are:

1) Pricing & Revenue Analysis

Monitor and analyze key revenue drivers (price, mix, discounts, promotions) to identify risks and opportunities.

Track and forecast ASP, discount levels, and product mix evolution.

Deliver regular performance analysis with actionable recommendations on revenue and margins.

Support optimization of pricing architecture and offer positioning through data insights.

2) Pricing & Promotional Strategy

Support definition and continuous improvement of pricing and promotional strategies.

Monitor competitive dynamics and recommend pricing adjustments.

Develop predictive models to guide pricing and revenue decisions.

Evaluate promo effectiveness and ensure alignment with CRM and commercial objectives.

3) Pricing Execution & Revenue Optimization

Support implementation and governance of pricing rules, discounts, and promotions.

Ensure consistent execution across the retail network.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) to deliver pricing initiatives.

Contribute to improving pricing tools, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

Key Selection Criteria

Experience in data-driven commercial environments (e.g. Telco, Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Travel).

Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business actions.

Solid understanding of pricing, revenue, and margin drivers.

Ability to work in complex, fast-paced and cross-functional environments.

Ideal Candidate

Communicates effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.

3-6 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Analytics.

Strong technical skills: SQL, Python, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Experience in Revenue Management industries (Airlines, Travel, FMCG, Retail) is a plus.

Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely) Via Vezza d'Oglio 7.

Compensation & Benefits

Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)

Contractual Level: Employee (1-2) level

Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time

The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €37.000 - €52.000. The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and specific skills and knowledge and also the educational background.

The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus ('premio di risultato') linked to business performance, in line with Company policies.
