How You'll Impact.

Executive assistance. You will be supporting with travel arrangements, calendar management and appointment scheduling. Alongside your supervisor, you will provide general support to Managing Directors in Italy.

Operations support. You will be tasked, always under managerial guidance, with admin support for day-to-day operations of business, CRM management and Health & Safety support.

Office management. You will take part in local event organization, working closely with our event team based in Germany. In addition to that, you will also provide local administrative support to the Office head.

What You'll Bring.

You are an University student (either Bsc or Msc) or recent graduate in the fields of Humanities, Languages, communication, international cooperation.

A first experience working in a corporate context is desirable but not mandatory.

Your attention to detail and precise communication round up the profile.

You have a self-assured appearance, feel comfortable in an international work environment and are able to communicate confidently in Italian and English.
