About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in WordPress development, including WordPress VIP, and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins using modern PHP, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks to meet specific business requirements and design specifications Build and optimize WordPress VIP applications ensuring enterprise-level performance, scalability, and adherence to VIP coding standards and best practices

Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations to connect WordPress with third-party services, external databases, and custom applications

Create responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) that provide seamless user experiences across all devices

Optimize website performance and database queries through caching strategies, code optimization, CDN integration, and MySQL tuning to ensure fast load times and efficient resource usage Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git version control, automated testing, and deployment workflows to streamline development processes and ensure code quality

Develop headless/decoupled WordPress solutions leveraging WordPress as a content management system with modern front-end frameworks for enhanced flexibility and performance

Ensure website security and compliance by implementing security best practices, conducting regular audits, applying patches, and following OWASP standards

Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that align with project goals

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack, providing ongoing maintenance, updates, and support for existing WordPress applications and infrastructure

Expertise You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in WordPress development, including WordPress VIP, and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

This role requires strong full stack capabilities, encompassing both front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, modern frameworks) and back-end development (advanced PHP, MySQL, RESTful APIs).

The successful candidate will be proficient in custom theme and plugin development, performance optimization, and modern DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

Experience with headless WordPress architectures and a solid understanding of web security best practices are essential.

Strong experience in React.js development
